Terms of Service

You must be at least 13 years old (or 16 in the EU) to use PlumTaste. By using the app, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activity that occurs under it. Let us know immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.

You may not use PlumTaste for any unlawful purpose or in any way that could damage, disable, or impair the Service.

PlumTaste offers a free tier and a Pro subscription (€4.99/month or €39.99/year). Subscriptions are billed through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store and are subject to their respective terms and refund policies.

Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless cancelled. You can cancel at any time through your App Store or Google Play account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

We may change our pricing with reasonable notice. Changes will not affect your current subscription period.

New Pro subscribers receive a 7-day free trial. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, you will be charged the applicable subscription fee. Only one free trial per user.

You can cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation stops future charges but does not entitle you to a refund for the current period.

Refund requests for charges already processed must be directed to Apple App Store or Google Play, as PlumTaste does not process payments directly.

You agree not to:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code from the app
• Use the Service to distribute spam, malware, or harmful content
• Impersonate another person or entity
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service or its servers
• Scrape or harvest data from PlumTaste without our written permission

All content, design, code, trademarks, and branding within PlumTaste are owned by or licensed to us. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our explicit written permission.

Content you create within the app (personal taste profiles, saved recipes, pantry data) remains yours. You grant us a limited licence to store and process this data to provide the Service.

PlumTaste includes recipes and content sourced from third parties (including Spoonacular and Food.com). We are not responsible for the accuracy of third-party recipe content. Always check allergen information and preparation instructions carefully.

PlumTaste is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that recipe suggestions will meet your specific dietary or health requirements.

PlumTaste is not a nutrition, medical, or dietary advice service. Always consult a qualified professional for specific dietary needs.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, PlumTaste shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to loss of data, food spoilage, or adverse health outcomes.

Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our discretion if you violate these Terms or engage in abusive behaviour toward the Service or other users.

You may delete your account at any time from within the app. Account deletion is permanent and removes your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

These Terms are governed by the laws of France. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Paris, France, except where local consumer protection laws require otherwise.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Significant changes will be communicated via the app or email. Continued use of PlumTaste after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
